CRAFT A LIFE YOU LOVE

Here is an exercise I’m borrowing from my friend Melissa for creating something new for yourself, whether it is a career, a family, or a habit.

See this page for an example. In your journal draw a heart to signify the love that you are putting into the Universe.

In the middle of the heart, write: “I AM.”

Draw rays coming out from the heart. On each ray, write down a positive thing that you currently enjoy doing or want to be doing.

At the top of the page, write, “This or something better, for the highest good of all concerned.”

Look at this every chance that you get.

Read it out loud.

At first, you might simply whisper it to yourself. You might feel too vulnerable to say it to friends and acquaintances, and that is okay. Just speak it, and allow it seep into your soul. Then, when you feel comfortable, speak it to your closest friend, and then to another friend. By expressing the love and joy that you want to create, you will witness the Universe beginning to respond, providing you with what you have asked for, or something better. Whatever happens next, remember to add it to your Evidence Reel (see this page)!
